                   The students of MLD School participate in  the  Educational  Competitions  of  Primary  and  Secondary  departments , organised by
          Punjab School Education Board, Mohali. The students participate in various competitions such as Shabad Gayan, Vaar Gayan, Kavishari,           Debates, Fancy Dress, Folk Singing, Plays, Painting and Writing competition etc. MLD students have proud to be the State Winner in           these educational  competitions

                          

      1. MLD School arranges the exams for the following three terms during an educational session.
                                                 During September       First Term
                                                 During December        Second Term
                                                 During March                 Third Term
       2. The marks obtained by a student will be accumulated for the Final result
       3. The days for class tests are prearranged. Every student will note down the marks obtained in the class tests in his/her diary.
       4. A comprehensive quarterly Progress Report is sent to home of the students

1.  Tuneful growth of the pupil at first preference.
2.  Mother Tongue Punjabi and the Global Language English are the two simultaneous mediums of instruction .
3.  The students are divided in the four houses named after the great freedom fighters: Lala Lajpat Rai, Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and       Sukhdev. To infuse the competition spirit among the students, various competitions like Writing competition, Quiz competition, Extra       Curricular Competitions are organised regularly.
4.   The Children's Day and the Annual Day (The Founder's Day), Science & Cultural Exhibitions are organised during the session.
5.   MLD School motivates its go-getters with a Range of Awards , the 24K Gold Medals and the highest & prestigious award "Baba       Banda Singh Bahadur Award" .
6.   Scout & Guide Unit implants social service and obedience among the students.
7.   Eco-Club of School makes the students Greenery & Environment Savoy instilling the habits of gardening among them .
8.   Day Boarding facility from the months of July to November every year .
9.   Providing the hale and hearty and calm setting surrounded by the lush green farms .
